Corporate Office Fit-Out for Alaska Milk Corporation
Alaska Milk Corporation, part of FrieslandCampina's Philippine operations, needed to convert an existing locker room in its Makati corporate office into a more functional and client-ready space. The goal was to create a complete bar and product showcase area that could support guest meetings, product presentation, and a more polished corporate experience.
For businesses with client-facing offices, underused rooms can be transformed into spaces that support brand storytelling, hospitality, product visibility, and better use of available floor area. Manila Exhibition supported this corporate office fit-out through planning, custom fabrication, delivery, installation, and final turnover.
Before Renovation
The project started with an existing locker room that needed to be converted into a more purposeful corporate space. After the ocular visit, site assessment, planning, budget review, and design proposal, the project moved into fabrication and build execution.
From Site Assessment to Design Proposal
Before fabrication began, Manila Exhibition reviewed the existing room through an ocular inspection and project planning stage. This helped identify the site condition, space limitations, functional requirements, budget considerations, and design direction needed to turn the locker room into a complete corporate bar and product showcase area.
The planning stage helped align the final build with the client's intended use: a practical, presentable, and guest-ready space for meetings, hospitality, and product display.
Custom Fabrication at the Manila Exhibition Factory
After design approval, the required cabinets, counters, panels, and fit-out components were fabricated at the Manila Exhibition factory. Each item was carefully built, measured, and checked to match the approved layout and site requirements before delivery.
By fabricating key components off-site, the team could better control sizing, finishing, quality, and assembly preparation. This helped make the delivery and installation process more organized once the items arrived at the Makati corporate office.
Delivery and Installation
Once the fabricated components were completed and checked, Manila Exhibition delivered the items to the site and installed the cabinets, counters, and required fit-out elements. The installation stage focused on proper alignment, secure placement, clean finishing, and preparing the area for final use.
This process helped transform the former locker room into a more functional corporate bar and product showcase environment.
Completed Corporate Bar and Product Showcase Area
The completed fit-out transformed the existing locker room into a functional bar and product showcase area for Alaska Milk Corporation's Makati corporate office. The finished space gives the client a more polished setting for guest meetings, product presentation, hospitality, and internal use.
The result shows how commercial fit-out and custom fabrication can turn an underused room into a purposeful, client-facing corporate environment.
